PiMSR has a full-fledged dedicated placement cell with specialist placement officer and staff. In addition, placement committees of the students as well as faculty are appointed to support efforts of the placement cell. Placement cell and the placement committees work as a team to ensure good final as well as summer placement.

Besides course curriculum, PiMSR specially takes care to give training to students in soft skills, facing GD / PI as well as grooms them well in developing their personality making them ready for placement.
